Every story starts with character. In this fun, engaging class, students will learn how to create compelling characters that come alive on the page with award-winning author Kim Ventrella. We'll cover topics like:

How to make readers care about your characters
How to master POV (or point of view) 
How to find your character's unique voice
How to choose just the right details to help your character feel real and relatable

In this course, students will learn how to create compelling characters for their fiction. They will leave with an understanding of character voice, point of view, the importance of choosing the right details, and how to make readers care about their characters.
