Class Experience

1 lb (ball) pizza dough - already prepared, unbaked Extra virgin olive oil Coarse sea salt to taste * Any combination of colorful vegetables. Examples include: Cherry or grape tomatoes (halved lengthwise and drained on a paper towel) Scallions sliced thinly Asparagus Small red, yellow, orange peppers sliced into rings Olives Red or golden beets Eggplant Red onion Fresh herbs such as basil, dill and rosemary (please have at least 5 vegetables for class)
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please be aware of possible allergens when cooking. 
Kitchen safety is a top priority when baking!
