Class Experience

US Grade 7 - 10
Beginner Level
This is a one time exploratory class. Objectives are to explain the 6 main categories of nutrients, how each nutrient contributes to optimal health, and identify the foods the learner enjoys and how to incorporate those foods into the diet more often.
All foods, even ones deemed "unhealthy" can contribute to our overall health and wellness when we understand where the food fits in the nutrient categories and build a relationship towards that food that is knowledgeable and positive.
