Author Moriah Elizabeth has created the ultimate outlet for creativity. "Create this Book" Includes 235 pages of unique and inspiring prompts to get you in the creative zone! If you want to become more creative, meet other unique and artistic people or are just looking to have some fun, you will love this interactive journal! I created this class after discussing this wonderful book with a student in my Self-Confident Project class -Thanks Graci. It is a wonderful way to let your student's creative genius come out without any pressure. My goal here is to introduce the page but then let the students take over the conversation and just have a great time. Each week students will complete one or two pages in their "Create this Book" (Create this Book 2 can also be used). Students may choose to journal instead of purchase and just use a prompt. The class starts off with a page selection, then we will discuss page layout, and then go over some examples. The class does begin with book one, creating our cover and moving on to the first prompt. If your student wants to go out of order or begin book two, that is completely fine. You can find Create this Book on Amazon, or at your local bookstore. I also recommend purchasing tape to seal your pages or mod podge (both can cause color to run a bit) and markers. I love these markers, but they are pricey: https://www.amazon.com/Posca-Marker-Natural-PC-3M-7C/dp/B01BY1JZO0/ref=pd_bxgy_14_3/147-6767356-2177203?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B01BY1JZO0&pd_rd_r=dbaebdbd-3e6c-4627-86af-0b7e80cb60ef&pd_rd_w=mh0mH&pd_rd_wg=bsNXX&pf_rd_p=09627863-9889-4290-b90a-5e9f86682449&pf_rd_r=BN41EAXWYEV27XRERDBC&psc=1&refRID=BN41EAXWYEV27XRERDBC. Please note that I am not affiliated, nor do I work for or with Moriah Elizabeth. Students must purchase their own books for viewing.

It is my pleasure to have the opportunity to work with you and your favorite student(s). I have over 20 years of teaching experience, from Pre-K through Graduate School. I am a former Professor and was the History Department Chair /History teacher at the High School Level for 10 years. I am also a home school mom, past and present. I have learned so much spending many years in multiple educational settings but I have learned even more as the mother of seven beautiful kids (many now adults). I also take students and parents overseas on Educational Tours and have been blessed to travel to such places as China, Japan, Mexico, Paris, Rome, and Greece.
My teaching style is varied. I try to use as many techniques and learning styles in each of my classes as possible. My two youngest children are Special Needs (Autistic, Apraxic, Cognitive and Auditory Delays). Working with my own children has taught me that education must be personalized to each learner for maximum impact. I encourage all students and their parents to contact me so that we can tailor each of my classes to your strengths and those skills you hope to work on the most. Please note that I will allow higher level students who are underage in my classes, or older students who have difficulties in class that are more suited to their level. Please contact me to discuss. I look forward to meeting you all.
