Beginner Level
In this class students will be creating stickers using Canva. This will be a beginner level class. I do ask that parents create a Canva account for your students to use before hand. Students must be 13 year old to create their own account. You may use the free version. We will cover: 1. How to create a new document 2. How to search for elements, images and shapes 3. How to find similar images ( same style or artist) 4. How to edit and or change images 5. How to add a white border around images to create a sticker 6. How to save and download file Students will follow along with me as we do each of the steps. We will stop for questions and repeat steps as needed. When the class is completed they will have 1 completed sticker sheet that can be printed on sticker paper.

The learner will be able to create a new custom sized design in Canva.The learner will be able to search for elements and designs in Canva.Other Details
Parental Guidance
This class requires the use of the FREE online program, Canva. In order to create an account, you must be age 13 and up. Please visit canva.com to create an account with your child prior to our first class. You do not need to pay for Canva Pro. We will use the free version.
Supply List
A device to run Zoom and Canva. Optional: two devices, one to run Zoom and one to run Canva. It is preferable to use Canva in a web browser like Chrome rather an app for mobile devices. Create an account at canva.com (free version). Printer and Sticker paper if you would like your student to be able to print their completed sticker sheet.
