Learn watercolor techniques to create beautiful flowers and greenery. Use your techniques to create a lovely wreath suitible for gifting. In this class, students will learn: - Color theory basics - Basic Watercolor techniques - Floral painting After a discussion about and practice of various watercolor techniques, artists delve into their main project. Learners will be given time to paint a watercolor floral wreath employing their newfound skills. I will be demonstrating the floral wreath step by step, but creativity is always encouraged.

Supply List
Watercolor paper (at least 90 lb recommended) 2 sheets, one for the final masterpiece, one scrap paper for warm up and practice Watercolor paints in at least primary colors (red, yellow, blue) Water Paint brush (round recommended)

I homeschool my 3 youngest children for several years, and now all 5 are home with me. I love teaching them art and history. I love using my passion for history to teach how the events of our past have shaped our future.
