Description

Class Experience

Are you inspired by the great outdoors!  Few sights are as beautiful as the sunrising over the mountains.  Artsts will enjoy painting and creating in this guided watercolor lesson. 

Learn how to use watercolor techniques like wet in wet, and wet in dry to create a vibrant and beautiful watercolor masterpiece.  
As learners paint and draw, Britain will offer instruction and tips. Artists will be encouraged to learn not only the "how" of watercolor, but also the "why". This lesson will take...

Learners will discover how to apply watercolor paint to acheive a graduated sunrise effect as well as a sillhouetted mountain range.

No homework is assigned, but artists are engouraged to continue painting and practicing their skills.

Watercolor paper (at least 90lbs)
assorted brushes, at least one flat brush
watercolor paints
water
Paper towel, napkin or tissue for blotting

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
