In this 30 minute class we will create a clay owl out of model magic clay!
Class experience
In this class students will create a clay owl. This piece can be displayed as a wall hanging or ornament. We will talk about the Element of Art : Texture for this project. This is a hands on class where students will be creating the project as I demonstrate. Students will use everyday objects such as markers and pencils to create texture in their designs. No prior knowledge is needed. We will not be painting the owls in the course due to the dry time. Students will be shown ideas for ways...
The goal of this class is to become familiar with the art vocabulary of texture. This class gives students an opportunity to work hands on.
