Create a 3-D "Frank Lloyd Wright House"- Art, Architecture & Design

Students will use cardboard to begin to create a "Frank Lloyd Wright" style house after learning about the famous Mid-Century Architect and his Prairie style.

What are the "tell-tale" characteristics of a Frank Lloyd Wright building?
The 3Dux/ Design Architecture Set: Iconic Home, will be explained and all pieces and parts will be reviewed.
We will be architects assigned to design a house in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright.  
After designing and creating our Mid-Century house we can paint and decorate it.
Creation of the entire house will not be completed during this one time class session. The one time class format will be both informational and include some studio time for students to begin their project. Students may spend as much time as they would like to finish their design after the class session.

Students will need a material kit, which can be used over and over with recycled cardboard. 
Remember, everyone's creativity takes different time. Most if you won't finish by the time class ends. My role is to help inspire you and then set you free. I'd love for you to share what you have, and when finished, post a picture in the classroom.
