In this ongoing class, learners will be taught how to complete crossword puzzles and strategize together.
Class experience
Students will learn how to complete crossword puzzles, which will teach them new vocabulary. During each video chat, a crossword puzzle will be posted. Students will strategize together to solve the whole puzzle in under 20 minutes. While solving, they will socialize and strategize to make new friends and bond over a common interest in this word game. I will guide students to the answer and give suggestions throughout the class. Students will learn how to solve crossword puzzles and to strategize and socialize with other children.
I am a believer in mind games to help children train their brains to think at a higher level. Crossword puzzles are the type of mind game that scare people away, but I find them challenging and fun! I want my passion for mind games to help others engage in training their brain as well to help them in all subjects.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
