Week of June 9: Leaf Watercolor Rubbing : Several different leaves, White crayon, Watercolors, paint brush, cup of water, White paper Week of June 16: Insect Rocks : Several different rocks, paint in the colors of the insect they would like to make (example: yellow and black for a bee, red and black for a lady bug, green and white for a grasshopper ect), Week of June 23: Leaf creatures : Several different leaves for leaf bodies, Sticks for arms and legs, markers for making faces, White paper and liquid glue Week of June 3o: Mud Painting : Cup of Dirt, Cup of water, 4 different colors of food coloring, 4 empty cups, 4 paint brushes, White paper Week of July 7: Chlorophyll painting, Crayons, Several different color leaves, White paper Week of July 13: Self Portrait: Crayons White paper, Several different leaves, hand full of grass, couple of twigs, flowers if student wants to add them Week of July 21: Leaf Collage: Handful of leaves, White paper, liquid glue Week of July 27: Nature Wands: Handful of leaves, stick about 6 inches long, tape, white glue, markers
