Many teens with ADHD struggle with procrastination, motivation, and staying organized—but traditional methods don’t always work for their unique brains.

This self-paced course is designed to help ADHD and non-ADHD learners understand how their brain works, develop practical strategies, and build confidence in their ability to focus and stay on track. Through engaging video lessons, guided exercises, and real-world applications, students will develop skills to overcome procrastination, manage time effectively, and create a personalized system that works for them.

 - What is ADHD? How does it affect focus, motivation, and executive functions?
- Breaking down executive functions: planning, organization, and emotional regulation
- The science behind ADHD: debunking myths and understanding strengths

Lesson 2:
The Power of Structure
 - Why structure is essential for ADHD brains
- Creating personalized routines that work
- How to use planners, apps, and visual schedules effectively 
Lesson 3:
Mastering Time Management
 - Overcoming procrastination with time-blocking and scheduling
- The importance of predictability and flexibility in managing tasks
- How to break large tasks into small, achievable steps 
Lesson 4:
Motivation & Overcoming Burnout
 - Understanding dopamine and ADHD motivation
- Strategies to stay engaged and avoid mental fatigue
- Using rewards and accountability to stay on track
