Many teens with ADHD struggle with procrastination, motivation, and staying organized—but traditional methods don’t always work for their unique brains. This self-paced course is designed to help ADHD and non-ADHD learners understand how their brain works, develop practical strategies, and build confidence in their ability to focus and stay on track. Through engaging video lessons, guided exercises, and real-world applications, students will develop skills to overcome procrastination, manage time effectively, and create a personalized system that works for them. Class Structure: Pre-recorded video lessons (bite-sized & engaging!)
