55 mins in-class hoursClass Experience
Ready to fall in love with painting? No painting experience is necessary.......Really! Just paint - a - long with Ms. Muse and by the end of class time, you will have created a masterpiece! To save a little time for the fun painting, we will all enter class with our paint already placed out. We will also discuss the set up of painting station together. Students will follow along step by step, as I paint details right in front of them. I will demonstrate how the paint colors work together and we'll layer these to create beautiful paintings with depth. They will learn painting terminology and some easy to remember techniques that they can use in their own artwork. If they choose, students can always share their masterpiece at the end of the class. (This is never required) It's really exciting to see how proud they are of their work. Watch as they improve with each painting they create! See you soon!
Learning Goals
Students will learn how to use and mix acrylic paints, while using different techniques to layer and blend on their canvas. I will instruct by demonstrating and painting each step to complete the featured painting.
