In this interactive class, young learners will sort, count, and assign a number value to the farm animals. One to one correspondence is a developmental milestone that can be cultivated through practice. In order to better understand mathematical concepts such as adding and subtracting; one to one correspondence needs to be in place. So, in this class we will count, count, count! How many sheep do you see? What sound does a sheep make? Lets COUNT the sheep! Can you write the number 5? 1-2-3-4-5! NO prior experience is required. This class can be used as an introduction or for practicing counting 1-10. Feel free to bring your own farm animals to class! See you there!

Students will improve their one to correspondence that is necessary to move onto bigger concepts such as adding and subtracting.

Parental Guidance
Parents may need to supervise and/or help your child cut the farm animals out before class begins.
