Hindi is one of the most spoken languages in the world. Children have the capacity to acquire languages much more readily than adults. Starting with the basics of language learning early on can be beneficial in so many ways. This class will start with the simple concept of counting from 1 to 10 in Hindi. I will use visual cues and verbal applications to build and reinforce Hindi knowledge in the students' memories. Student participation in practice and discussion is required. By the end of this lesson, students will have an idea of what Hindi sounds like and will be able to use this new knowledge in their daily lives.
