Beginner Level
Counting Numbers for Beginners -Learn to Count Using Manipulatives . Learn how to count using manipulatives in this fun math class. Join others in this hands on approach to learning numbers 1 - 100. Learners will use counters and other manipulatives to learn how to count one through 100. Using manipulatives helps learners build confidence in their math skills. Hands on learning and visual learning is encouraged in this class. We will use counters and other small objects to build our math skills. Learners will have plenty of time to show their work, ask questions and complete their assignments. Learners work on building their math skills each week starting at the number one and working to 100. This fun math club allows learners to learn at their own speed and feel confident in learning to count by using manipulatives. This class is inclusive and everyone is welcome. Learners will need to check in on camera when entering the classroom per Outschool policy. If you have questions, please message the teacher.

Kinesthetic learning style - Class is taught with the use of manipulates for math to help with visual and hands on learning needs.
Supply List
Learners can use any type of counters or manipulatives for their assignment. Examples of manipulatives for counting are - building bricks, counting bears, dry beans, cubes, buttons, etc Please message the teacher with any questions.
