COMMUNICATING FOR SUCCESS

Students will learn about the definition of effective communication, how to conduct a successful client consultation/needs assessment, and will gain an understanding on how to handle an unhappy client. 
We will learn and discuss how to build open lines of communication with coworkers. 
Students will also learn about the golden rules of human relations.

Managing bridal parties, working bridal shows, runway shows and children's birthday parties for hair, skin and nails. 
I have competed in numerous hair competitions, Including international hair shows in NYC. 
I have numerous certificates for different types of training in the Cosmetology field. 
I am a Master Colorist and Stylist.
