The teacher for this class is a physical therapist, certified Pilates instructor and has taught fitness and dance for many years.
20 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
Please be sure learners have plenty of floor space and point their camera so that they are seen when exercising on the mat. Mats are preferable, but a soft carpet or towel will work also.
