Class Experience
Improve core strength Have fun!
This class is taught by a certified Pilates instructor with a BA in Dance. I am also a physical therapist and was a dancer and dance teacher for over 10 years.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please be sure your learner has plenty of floor space and a mat or other soft surface to lay on. Also, bring a water bottle.
