Description

Class Experience

⭐Students will improve their ability to appropriately cope with difficult and stressful situations.
⭐Students will learn to incorporate mindfulness into their coping skills and daily routine. 
I am extremely excited to teach this course. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and have taught coping skills combined with mindfulness to early learners for several years. I am very passionate about my job and the subjects that I teach. I am currently working on my PhD  in Applied Behavior Analysis which has given me great opportunities to explore mindfulness and coping skills through different perspectives, activities and curriculum. 
A handout will be provided.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
The learner will receive a message thanking them for their participation in the class. There is not a formal assessment. 
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
