Description

Class Experience

 1 file available upon enrollment
INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cups uncooked basmati or jasmine rice 1 cup water 2 cups fresh broccoli florets 2 cups raw cubed chicken breast 3 whole cloves of garlic 1/8 tsp ground ginger 3/4 cup cashews Green onions 4 Tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce 2 Tbsp raw honey 1 tsp Ketchup 1/8 tsp crushed red peppers 1/2 tsp sesame oil SUPPLIES: cutting board knife measuring cups and spoons large frying pan/skillet 1 large, 1 medium sauce pan with lids steamer basket (I get mine at the dollar store or grocery store) cooking spray spatula
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental supervision is encouraged to be available if your learner needs help with the stove top or knife. Ingredients may need to be substituted to fit your learners needs if they have food allergies.
