INGREDIENTS: 1 pkg of Round Dumpling wrappers (Gyoza round potsticker wrappers is what I could find at my local Harmons grocery store. If you can't find round ones you can use wonton wrappers the shape will just be more of a triangle, but they will work great.) 8 oz ground chicken thighs (raw, not cooked) If you can't find this ground purchase boneless skinless chicken thighs. 4 oz Napa cabbage or other cabbage desired 1 teaspoon fresh ginger 2 tablespoon scallion or green onions 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 3 dashes ground white pepper 1 pinch salt 2-4 cups Oil SUPPLY LIST: measuring cups and spoons food processor (if you couldn't find ground chicken thighs) spatula large frying pan cutting board knife grater peeler small bowl tongs paper towels large plate
