Let's travel the world for 3 days, through food as we cook, bake, and create some seasonal dishes and drinks that you can share with your friends and family for many years to come.

Class experience

This class is taught in English.
Students will learn how to: 
*slice, dice and chop vegetables.
*properly cook fish, chicken,⁸ and ground meat.
*be comfortable using a knife (Knife Skills)
*mix and layer ingredients
*make sauce from scratch
*use herbs and vegetable to add flavor and texture.
*make adjustments with ingredients and cooking times as needed
*kitchen measurement and calculations
*baking techniques for Cheesecake
I am a Enrichment instructor, a Chef, Health Coach, and a Cooking Instructor. I have taught international Inspired culinary cooking and baking classes with children ages 5 -18 for over 12 years.

After each session, each participant will get to taste their cooked meal and share their creations with their love ones
Grades Offered
The ingredient list will be sent prior to the 1st class starting. All ingredients can be purchase at your local farmer's markets and grocery stores. Recipes and ingredient list are post 3-4 days before the class starts

TOOL LIST
1. A big/ medium bowl
2. 2-3 small prep bowls
3. A large or medium skillet
4. Cutting board
5. A knife: chef  knife ,  pairing knife,  or a green lettuce knife with grooves on the blades. (one that they are most comfortable with)
6. Measuring spoons and cups
7.  A small spoon and fork
8. Food processor
9.  Cake pans
10. Baking tray/ sheet pan
11. air fryer (OPTIONAL)
12. Rubber spatula
13. Aluminum paper/ parchment paper
14. A pot


Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Since we will be using, sharp utensils. blenders, the stove top, oven, graters, etc. for certain recipes, parental supervision is highly advised if any assistance is need. For some students that is a good amount of help is needed and for others, it is not much help that is needed. Each jr chef is different and that is expected

**Parents please not that if the minimum of learners enrolled is not met, the learners will be automatically transferred into the next session that matches their same time frame. You will then receive an email from the instructor, informing you of this transfer with the option to stay in the new session class or receive a full refund.
