Vegetables and fruits are most nutritious in their raw state. So how can we get children to eat them? Teaching them how to grow fruits and vegetables is a start, and/or if they make a dish with them, they are more likely to eat their fruits and vegetables! I have 4 simple, yet tasty and colourful salads that Learners will enjoy making while also learning basic knife skills. Any homework will be posted in the Classroom which may include some preparation.
A recipe and shopping list will sent on enrolment.
Keep cooking the recipes they've learnt.
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Help and support when Learning is required using the small vegetable knife for those that are not experienced.
