Class Experience
Students will learn how to make the iconic Disney Dole Whip while learning about the history of it's beloved Enchanted Tiki Room Attraction.
1 file available upon enrollmentStudents will need: 1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream (dairy substitute ice cream will work great if there are dairy allergies!) 2 cups of frozen pineapple 4 ounces (1/2 cup) pineapple juice blender ziplock bag (optional) scissors (optional) ice cream dish or cup spoon or straw
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Whenever working in the kitchen with students, parental guidance may be required. Potential hazards include using the blender for this recipe. This recipe also includes a popular allergen, dairy. The ice cream in this recipe may be substituted with a dairy alternative.
