In this class, students will learn to combine a mix of Asian ingredients to create this simple yet popular Hawaii salmon entree. 

Teriyaki glazed salmon is our favorite go-to "fish dish" for spontaneous potlucks & last-minute guest arrivals because it is delicious, quick, and easy! A common phrase after  serving this dish is:  "May we please have the recipe!” It’s the yummiest, most straightforward Hawaii salmon dish you could ever put together! Please join us!

In class, students will learn to:
1)  Prep salmon 
2)  Measure  and  mix  dry and liquid  ingredients
3) Combine Salmon and ingredients  and  ready dish for baking
4) Bake Salmon!

Parental Advisory: Hot oven and knife will be required in this class.

2 lbs salmon  

Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce (Gluten-free brand: Kikkoman) 

Nori Komi Furikake (Japanese seasoning condiment to be sprinkled on cooked rice) 
**Gluten-free option: Black or white sesame seeds only and crushed Nori seaweed
