Class Experience

This dish is a family and friend favorite. It is paired very nicely with Lemony Cilantro Pasta, this chicken and pasta combination is served often in our home and at parties.
8-10 raw boneless, skinless chicken thighs Precup before class into bite-size pieces: I cut my 1 thigh into 6 smaller pieces cornstarch (you may substitute with Potato starch as well) cooking oil 6 raw eggs Garlic salt minced garlic Sugar Soy Sauce Green onion (for garnish) diced pineapple pineapple juice Ketchup Deep frying pan Long cooking tongs for frying chicken pieces Large baking dish (I use a large foil pan so each piece of chicken is not crowded and has room to bake in the sweet-sour sauce.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental Advisory: Hot Stove, Hot oil, Oven will be used in this class. Parents are ready to help off-screen by frying the chicken for your child.
