Cooking Russian Food ("Schi" Cabbage Soup)
Class experience
Hands on class. Continuous interaction with the teacher. I will give a list of ingredients before each session. All the ingredients are available at any grocery store. Students will watch me and cook along with me. You should have a broth cooked before the class starts (boil chicken thighs in a large pan). Teacher will show how to chop all ingredients listed in Materials section and add them into boiling broth. Students will follow and repeate what the teacher is doing.
Students will learn how to cook typical Russian soup. No prior knowledge is necessary.
