Description
Class Experience
Aloha mai ‘oukou (hello you folks!) This course is a mākauʻola (life-skills), cooking. This course is designated to teach keiki (children) life-skills, such as preparing their own healthy meals like ‘āina ʻawakea (lunch) & meaʻai māmā (snacks.) We will cover step-by-step directions. We will learn hua ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi (Hawaiian vocabulary) throughout this course. Prior manaʻo (knowledge) isnʻt required for this course.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
through these language classes it is highly encouraged to sit near with your keiki to kāko’o (support) the nu’ukia (goal) of enrolling your keiki into this class.
