In this class students will be learning how to make a miso broth to elevate their packet ramen noodles into a gourmet restaurant worthy bowl of ramen. They will also be prepping other items to enhance flavors. My style of teaching is allowing students to follow along while I demo how to cook/cut. I also believe that keeping things simple when it comes to cooking is the best way to learn. I will provide individual feedback for each student during live class through zoom. No student gets left...
Ingredients: 1 packet of Ramen, 2 cups of chicken stock, miso paste, soy sauce, 1 scallion, 1 egg, sesame seeds, 2 small mushrooms, 1 cup of corn Equipment: cutting board, knife, sauce pot, tongs and spatula.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
