Class experience

Students will learn cooking recipes for a fantasy magical world. Please be aware this is a 45 minute cooking class, there may some cooking required ahead of class in certain class weeks. I will have the finished recipes ahead of time if they can not be finished in class. Not all recipes are finished in class.

****Your student must be able to work on their own or with you. Questions are encouraged during class cooking time when your students do not understand something, but we also have to stick to a **strict schedule so if you student can not follow a quick moving class, this may not be for you. And please see the refund policy in place currently. Also we do share the recipes in class briefly to make things easier for your students if you can not print out the recipes.

Also you should have your ingredients for the classes pre-measured if possible. This helps cut down on in class time and makes more time for questions about the steps involved with the recipes:)
I would love to see all kids being able to learn the important life skills of cooking and these recipes are also delicious. I have an approach to cooking that all children can be taught to cook and make food, no matter what age. All it takes is hard work and plenty of practice.

All students coming in should be able to follow a quick moving class and be independent at cooking. Questions are encouraged during class and while not in class also. I always respond within a few hours to 1 day.
I will be providing the recipes for all the lessons to the students who sign up so that they can make them. Other than food you will need to purchase, you will need basic kitchen cooking supplies like pots, spoons, knives, etc.
There will be no mature or sensitive content in this class. You will need to have a parent near-by just in case. You will need to use knives for cutting, small appliances (like blenders, food processors, etc.)

There are possible allergens in this class such as nuts, wheat, dairy or eggs. I can always find you a substitute for these in the recipes. Also, we use flour and if you need to go gluten-free I can get you substitutes for those as well. Some of the recipes will work with substitutes and others may not be exactly the same as the recipes as they are.
All recipes will be shared before classes. You will need to provide the ingredients and also cooking implements.
