During this course, we will be making desserts of all kinds. We will be making oat meal no bake cookies, jello, dirt pudding, cake in a mug, etc. All of the desserts will be quick, simple recipes that will not require much cook time, if any. Ingredients for each session will be listed before each session. During each session we will discuss how to read a recipe and measure ingredients correctly. I have made food with my classes several times and made most of these desserts before.

40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Students may be handling scissors, hot objects and operating the hot stove. Students with certain allergies should be aware of the ingredients they are using. Feel free to substitute as needed. (dairy, soy, eggs, tree nuts etc.) may be present during the lessons.
