Description

Class Experience

In this class students will learn to make one of my family's favorite dinners: Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas.

Students will learn how to make the dish mild or spicy. We will discuss what makes it spicy and what makes it mild. And they will be able to apply this to future dishes they wish to make.

This is a good freezer friendly recipe and we will talk about how to do this, and why freezer recipes are super helpful for learners.

This dish will not be done baking before class is over, I will...

45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

If they want to add garnishes, some require the use of a knife and parents need to observe please.
