Description

Class Experience

Our main goal is for your learners to gain confidence in their cooking skills as they grow more comfortable cooking together with our class. 
Good food is a long tradition in my family. I've had the privilege of being surrounded by great cooks and delicious food, and it's time now to share that tradition. 
Homework?! To eat your delicious dinner!

The general ingredients are listed above in the class description. In your welcome email, you will receive a link to the detailed, printable recipe/ingredient list. You will also find the recipe linked into the welcome post in our classroom.
55 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
As with all cooking classes, parental guidance is highly recommended. Learners, who may be beginners, will be using knives and the hot oven/a hot pan. Also, proper food handling should be observed as we will be using raw chicken, beef, or shrimp. Please have a plan in place with your learner as to how they will be handling these dangerous items.
