Each week students will make different recipes that form well-rounded, delicious dinners. Ingredient lists and recipe cards will be posted to the classroom at least one week in advance. 1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Parental supervision is recommended depending on the student's familiarity in the kitchen. If parents decide to oversee the course, please remember to follow Outschools rules and to stay off camera. Recipes will require the use of the oven, stove top, and knives. ALLERGENS: some recipes may include food allergens such as dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, nuts, and seafood.
