I am a recent college graduate with a bachelor's in human nutrition. I enjoy cooking and baking, and have taken many college courses focused on proper kitchen skills, forming well-rounded meals, and the benefits of different foods.

1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Parental supervision is recommended depending on the student's familiarity in the kitchen. If parents decide to oversee the course, please remember to follow Outschools rules and to stay off camera. Recipes will require the use of the oven, stove top, and knives.
