The recipes will be included in the classroom for the whole week prior to class. The ingredients include flour, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, macaroni, buttermilk, cheese, dry mustard, bread, spaghetti, hamburger meat or substitute, Italian spices, parmesan cheese, sushi rice, rice vinegar, nori sheets, cucumber, avocado, carrot, soy sauce, cilantro, fresh lime, corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes, mayonnaise, quinoa. Safety is important to us. We will be using stoves and knives. For younger students, it is advised that a parent assist, or is available nearby depending on their maturity level. There are possible allergens. If your learner is allergic to any of the ingredients, advise the teacher and she will give you an alternative recipe. All recipes can be made into vegetarian dishes. There are two choices a one week class or a five week class. This is due to parent demand. I hope one will work for your learner.
