Sweeten your holidays with this yummy treat! It's known by a few different names like Puppy Chow or Muddy Buddy, but it's the same delicious mix no matter what you call it! This gluten-free recipe is made with Rice or Corn Chex cereal, peanut butter, and your favorite milk, white, or semi-sweet chocolate chips. Add your choice of extras like M&M's, nuts, mini Reese's cups, popcorn, or pretzels to make a custom mix! Perfect for packaging and gift-giving! Instruction will Include: - Measuring ingredients to prepare for cooking - Microwaving ingredients and mixing - Combining ingredients in bags and mixing - Final preparation and finishing of Puppy Chow This is a fun, interactive class so I encourage students to participate as much as they wish by asking questions as we go. We will measure, microwave, and mix all ingredients together. Mix will last for two weeks if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Limited parental supervision is required for each class since we will be using the microwave. Everything that you will need for this class is included in the materials section below.

I have been baking for over 30 years and specialize in creating delicious pies, breads, and cookies. I have provided professional-grade desserts, pies and cake pops for many birthdays, graduations, baby/wedding showers, and community celebrations.
I am a graduate of the University of California at San Diego with a degree in Political Science. My teaching experience includes homeschooling my own two children for 18 years. I have also taught ESL online for the past 1 1/2 years.
Fun fact about me: I began baking on my own as a latch-key kid in the 80's. Many of my first attempts were completely inedible!
Now, after many years of experience and perfecting my craft, I'm excited to share my passion for baking with young learners!
