Class experience
In this 4-week flexible schedule class, students will be provided with instructional videos to make four different quick bread recipes: Pumpkin, Cinnamon, Chocolate Banana, and Snickerdoodle Apple Bread. The students will make the recipes with the teacher's instructions (in the videos). Students will improve their skills as chefs in the kitchen by practicing making quick breads.
I have been cooking and baking with my mom since I was a young girl. My mom, a professional baker, has inspired me to be creative in the kitchen. I now share my love of cooking and baking with my own children (and my family and friends). I am excited to share my love of cooking and baking with other young home chefs as well.
Homework Offered
Students will be expected to follow the recipe to make a different quick bread each week. The students will also be encouraged to post a picture or video in the classroom to share their pies with the teacher and other students. Students will interact with each other and the teacher each week.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

The students will make four different recipes by following the instructional videos. Each week, the students will be given a list of the ingredients and tools that they will need in order to make the recipe of the week. Students will also receive a shopping list for all 4 weeks before the first class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
