Baking during the holidays is something that I’ve been doing with my family for as long as I can remember. I am excited to share my love of baking with your child. Students will improve their skills and confidence as bakers in the kitchen by practicing making Holiday cookies.
I have been cooking and baking with my mom since I was a young girl. My mom, a professional baker, has inspired me to be creative in the kitchen. I now share my love of cooking and baking with my own children (and my family and friends). I am excited to share my love of cooking and baking with other young home chefs as well.
Homework Offered
Students will be encouraged to follow the recipe to make a different cookie recipe each week. The students are encouraged to post a picture or video in the classroom to share their cookies with the teacher and other students.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

The students will make four different recipes. For each lesson, the students will be given a list of the ingredients and tools that they will need in order to make the recipe. At the beginning of the course, students will also receive a shopping list for all four recipes.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
