Welcome to my adventurous kitchen! Please note that this class is in a flexible format. As such there is NO LIVE MEETING. Students can take the course at their own pace or as their schedule allows. Filled with gooey melted cheese, delicious meats and flavorful tomato sauce, this Italian dish offers a unique twist on traditional pizza. In this class, learners will learn how to bake Calzone from start to finish. It is so versatile and only takes few ingredients to come together. I will demonstrate the step by step preparation of this dish in a video tutorial. Students will learn how to measure ingredients, how to knead and proof the dough before baking it. CLASS DETAILS: * Upon enrollment, your learner will receive a supply list of the ingredients and equipment needed for class. Please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns. * On the day the class is scheduled to begin, I will post a pre-recorded video of the lesson in the classroom. To get the most out of this flex class, learners are free to pause, replay, or fast forward as they follow the step by step demonstration. * I enjoy seeing what students make and encourage them to share a photo of their finished food in the classroom if they are willing to. I endeavor to provide answers to questions in a timely manner and help guide students through the process. I look forward to seeing your learner in class!

Students will learn how to bake Calzone through a step by step demonstration in a video tutorial. Students will learn how to measure ingredients, how to knead and proof the dough before baking it.

Parental Guidance
Parents may need to supervise their learners. The class uses an oven, stove, knife, and baking utensils. Please note that parents or guardians are fully responsible for their learner's safety (ie. allergies and the use of kitchen appliances). Please reach out to me if you have any concerns with the ingredient list provided.
Supply List
A tool and ingredient list will be provided in the classroom in advance of the start date.
