Class experience
In this class, learners will prepare brigadeiros from scratch. This is a no-bake traditional dessert and a staple for festive occasions in Brazil. To make this delicious treat, students will need only four simple ingredients for the class. No prior knowledge needed but students should be comfortable using the stove. At the end of the class, students will be able to combine simple ingredients to make Brazilian brigadeiro to enjoy with family and friends.
A tool and ingredient list will be provided in the classroom in advance.
This class uses a stove, and hot utensils. Younger students may need help behind the stove and forming the chocolate balls. Parental supervision is advised. Please check the ingredient list for any allergies or food restrictions.
