This will be an ongoing class where we explore world cuisine focusing on vegetables. I will cook with the young chefs. Students are free to ask questions or alter a recipe to their preferences. The supplies list is not all needed each week. The recipe will be provided a week before class. My hope is that my vegan chefs will be inspired and explore different spices. Here is the current lineup. Week Of: November 6: vegan pot pie November 13: Vegan Enchiladas November 20: Vegan Jamaican “meat” pies November 27: Vegan Shepherds Pie December 4: Spaghetti Pomador December 11: Vegan Taquitos

Students will explore vegetables using a variety of spices to make vegan and vegetarian dishes even more delicious!

Parental Guidance
We will be using knives, the oven, and the stove. Because of this, it is very important adult supervision is available to ensure our young chef's safety.

Hi! I'm Jen. With two decades of culinary experience as a skilled chef with a passion for crafting easy to follow recipes. I hope to share with your child culinary techniques in a warm and welcoming environment. Your child will develop confidence in the kitchen, learn safe ways to complete cooking tasks, and explore various flavor profiles. I believe variety is the spice of life. Each class will offer something new to learn and explore.
Students are welcome to tweak recipes and be creative. I look forward to cooking with you!
