kneading, chopping, and balancing spices.
This will make 10-20 meat pies 2 pounds of ground meat (lamb, chicken, beef, or pork) cinnamon sumac coriander cumin allspice lemon Italian parsley 1 large onion diced sour cream walnuts (optional) raisins (optional) for the dough: 1.75 ounces warm water 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast 16 ounces bread flour 2 teaspoons kosher salt OR premade pizza dough works fine too.
We will be using the stovetop and knives. Please have adult supervision available to ensure our young chef remain safe in the kitchen.
