This course is for students who have completed 8 weeks of cooking eggs. Students will continue as "eggsperts" adapting recipes and concepts they have learned. They will also be introduced to international breakfast foods and other egg options such as duck eggs or quail eggs. We will use a variety of cooking techniques. We will be using a variety of kitchen tools such as knives, blender, mixer, stove, and oven. For this reason, it is important for an adult to be there to ensure the safety of their budding chef.
