This course is for students who have completed 8 weeks of cooking eggs. Students will continue as "eggsperts" adapting recipes and concepts they have learned. They will also be introduced to international breakfast foods and other egg options such as duck eggs or quail eggs. We will use a variety of cooking techniques. Each week we will explore a new technique and create a delicious dish. We will also take some time to explore bread options such as biscuits and gravy. The recipe will be provided each week in the classroom. Parental Guidance
We will be using a variety of kitchen tools such as knives, blender, mixer, stove, and oven. For this reason, it is important for an adult to be there to ensure the safety of their budding chef.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

I hope to share with your child culinary techniques in a warm and welcoming environment. Your child will develop confidence in the kitchen, learn safe ways to complete cooking tasks, and explore various flavor profiles. I believe variety is the spice of life. Each class will offer something new to learn and explore.
Students are welcome to tweak recipes and be creative. I look forward to cooking with you!
