Class experience
NO curry powder in this class! Students will learn what a curry is and how to create their own blend of seasonings to create a delicious creamy tomato sauce with chicken. We will also make naan bread to go with our dish. This will be an interactive class. Students will learn about the spices found in this dish and decide if they like the flavor and how to describe it. Is it a smokey flavor, sweet spice, or spicy? The Naan dough will have to made in advance however we will cook the bread...
This class is taught in English.
Students will learn a little bit about India while exploring different spices.
We will be using knives and the stove for this class. To ensure the safety of our young chefs please have a parent available to assist and ensure they do not injure themselves!
