Please note this class is not a live class, all classes are pre-recorded and a Flexible Schedule class. *SKILL LEVEL* This is a wonderful class for beginner bakers with little supervision or bakers in training. Students will improve their baking skills and learn baking tips for successful baking.
I love watching baking shows and baking during the Winter and Fall are my favorite Seasonal pastimes with my family. I have experience baking at a very young age, and have continued to bake for over 20 years. I am happy to share my love for sweet treats with young learners.
Approximately 1 hour per week.
Recipes will be included in PDF from every week. Here are some ingredients and materials that we need to have on hand: Ingredients will include: All-purpose flour Cornstarch Baking powder Baking soda Salt Butter Sugar Egg Vanilla White or Semi-sweet chocolate chips (Your preference) Cocoa powder White vinegar Red food coloring Cream cheese White chocolate chips Cream Food coloring Sour cream Vanilla or almond extract Strawberry jam *optional (pink food coloring and strawberries for decoration) Your Favorite Colored Sprinkles *Red sprinkles (optional) *Parchment paper (optional) Medium mixing bowl Rubber spatula Large spoon Electric beaters (or wire whisk) Microwave safe bowl Measuring cups Measuring Spoons Cookie sheet Small plate
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
