Description

Class Experience

Cookies may be an iconic dessert but many people have lost touch with the art of making them. In this course, you will learn how to recapture the spirit of the perfect cookie, how to make them from scratch, and how to share them with family and friends for years to come. You will learn how to pick the right utensils for the task, how to choose your ingredients, how to ensure the desired outcome, and how to pick the right healthy substitutions for any cookie
In this fun and relaxed class we...

Students will gain confidence in the kitchen and themselves while building friendships with peers.

I will send a recipe card and ingredients list before class time

40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Parental supervision may be needed as we will possible be working with the oven, stove top and sharp knives.  I will leave that up to the parents discretion as you know best your child’s abilities.   Also, please be aware that dairy product and possible other allergy sensitive products may be used
