Children are more interested in eating the foods they have a hand in growing, preparing, and cooking and this what this class aims at doing. A cute illustrative recipe card will be available upon enrolment for learners to create the loaf again if they like. This class focuses on English language and baking. Ingredients 1/2 cup vegetable or any kind of cooking oil 1/2 or 1 cup sugar 2 eggs (please ask for vegan options) 2 tsp orange zest 1 tsp vanilla 1.5 cup grated Zucchini 1.5 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup chocolate chip or raisins Equipment 2 Mixing bowls Whisk Spatula Standard size loaf tin (8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/2 inches) Baking paper
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
