Description

Class Experience

In this class we will be learning different measurements and converting Gallons to Pints, Gallons to Quarts, Gallons to Cups, Pints to Cups, and so forth.  I will incorporate a conversion chart for the students to learn and use to help build the knowledge and confidence in converting.  At the beginning of class I will explain how to convert from one unit of measurement to another.  Prior knowledge of basic multiplication and division is required for this class. Students will improve their understanding of converting liquid measurements, for example: Gallons, Pints, Quarts and Cups.

40 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
