In this one day course, students will practice changing a fraction to a decimal and percent and vice versa.
Class Experience
In this course, we will examine how fractions, decimals, and percents are related. We will begin by directly examining the relationship of fractions, decimals, and percents by looking at pictures on a google slides presentation. Students will then be given a fraction and asked to convert it to a decimal and a percent. They will practice by writing it on a piece of paper or a whiteboard and then holding it to the screen to be checked. Once students have demonstrated some understanding,...
